Step 1: Insert Contents Place your items inside the mailer. The flexible material accommodates irregular shapes while maintaining a professional appearance. Note the serial number if you’re tracking shipments in your order management system.
Step 2: Seal the Mailer Peel away the protective strip to expose the permanent adhesive. Fold the flap down smoothly, ensuring full contact across the seal area. Press firmly for 2-3 seconds to create the tamper-evident bond.
Step 3: Ship with Confidence Apply your shipping label and send your package. The tamper-evident seal provides visible security throughout transit. Upon delivery, your customer will immediately see if tampering occurred—the intact seal proves package integrity.

Yes — always. We provide a print-ready design proof for your review and approval before any production begins. You can request revisions at the proof stage. Production only starts after you sign off, so there are no surprises when your bags arrive.
Yes. We support Pantone color matching for brand-accurate printing. Provide your Pantone codes and we’ll match them. For standard CMYK runs, we can also work from hex or RGB values. Physical color samples are available on request for high-volume orders.
Yes — and in some cases more so. Custom bags are built on the same tamper-evident platform as our standard products. You can choose the standard ALERT/VOID seal or configure a custom void message. Additional features like holographic seals or dual-seal configurations can also be added.
We prefer vector files — AI, EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNG or TIFF (at least 300 DPI at print size) is also acceptable. If you only have a low-resolution logo, our design team can assist with vector conversion. We want your logo to look as sharp on the bag as it does in your brand guidelines.
